Manual PIREP upload

With the new client there comes a manual pirep upload feature. So if the automatic database update fails you don't have to send the *.out file to me anymore. You can directly upload it to the website, there is a new link on the "book flight"-page. You may have noticed that there is a code you have to enter. The code consists of three characters and is unique for each .out-file. The code is given to you in the dialog which comes up in the client when it tells you that the automatic update failed. And if you change something in the file the code won't fit anymore, you can try it .

If you forgot the code you still can send the file to me. But then it could need some time until the flight is updated.
