Landing Fees & gate fees

Yes, yes I know that this has been posted before (it was me who did it)..
but instead of monthly payment, how about its calculated in the client, like the fuel and that other thingy which I cant recall at the moment...Anyone agree?

indeed it's an interesting idea that leads me to another idea. For example you land a few times at Rome Intl Airport and you've paid your landing fees regularly you'll get a discount on the local fuelprice. This makes sense if your hub is at an expensive airport
